• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Josh key at it again

Culpable for Burnley’s first goal making a hard enough task even harder. Maybe a bit of time on the bench will do both parties good.

Believe me that’s Las Vegas and Stoke!

    Meltdown in kerdifffff

Had a little peep on their forum/ facebook and had to have a chuckle. A lot of them think they’re doomed and going down now. Amazing to think that after their 3-0 they were harbouring play off ambitions under Riza and that we were going down. How we capitulated against that shower is mind...

    Spurs v Bournemouth

Bournemouth a blueprint on how we as a club should be doing things. I remember years ago when Eddie Howe was their manager and he said how they aspired to be like Swansea. Now it’s a role reversal!

    Josh Key

Just tries doing too much for my liking. Instead of playing it simple he’ll try to beat the extra man inevitably costing us possession. Almost cost us a goal today too, by doing the above.

8 second goalkeeper rule coming in

Grimesys gone now. So hopefully it shouldn’t be an issue going forward

    Fleetwood Town

Hope you all enjoyed. Looks like they made you feel very welcome too. Hopefully they can call into us if they have a league game against Cardiff postponed or something 😉

    Fleetwood Town

Brilliant stuff. Swansea City. Now twinned with Fleetwood Town

    Matt Grimes

Average? I wouldn’t even elevate him to that standard. Bog standard shite would be more fitting

Millwall Fans singing "Leave him die"

Absolutely. We’ve got our own fair share of dicks.

    50% Off

Yes, I believe they were DP retro(funnily enough). There’s another called silom jerseys who are going to be doing the 81 jackets

    50% Off

The club are missing a big trick on not stocking a retro range. I think something like the DP range of tops who were our sponsors in the 80s would fly out.

    People Leaving The Game Early?

Nope, that was last game of the season in 14/15 when they won 4-2 down here

    Darling

I think unlike Pato there would be suitors for Dalling. There’d be no transfer fee involved to start with plus he’s approaching his prime years now

Alan Sheehan on Blackburn Rovers | Reaction

I think we were all desperate for a result. But what we got was an almost perfect 90 minute performance too.

    Vipotnik

He was good today, looked sharper. He needs players around him, at times under Williams he was so isolated I felt for him. Credit to Franco and O’Brien who were both fantastic today too.

    Gulf in class

I didn’t think Leeds were all that down here. They had that extra quality up top with James, Piroe and Gnonto but we were more than a match for them otherwise

    Gulf in class

Made hell of a difference when he joined. Remember his performance at Wigan and Fulham. Superb in both.

Who Do You Pick? Raphael Wicky, Jessie Marshe or Another Option?

Wicky had an uncanny resemblance to the lead singer of Aha!

    Gulf in class

Watching Leicester v Brentford tonight, I can’t get over the huge gulf in class between the championship and Premier league. Leicester and to a degree Saints last year(I remember the home game against them; we couldn’t get the ball off them at times as they passed around us for fun). Both nailed...
