• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

He needs to be more forward thinking imo. We've seen that he's capable of either playing long diagonals to the wing or marauding through the midfield through carrying the ball forward and he seems to have a knack of getting onto the end of loose balls in and around the box. But more often then...

    Steve Brown DoF?

The article also mentions a focus on more domestic recruits this summer. It especially names Reyes Cleary as one. A winger from Barnsley.

    Steve Brown DoF?

Brown is one of several candidates believed to be in the frame to take over Steve Brown is one of the candidates in the frame to take the role of sporting director at Swansea City, sources have told WalesOnline. Brown has been looking to get back into football since leaving his role as...

    Sam Parker

Tonight was a bit of statement performance from him you could see the confidence he's playing with now. I wouldn't be opposed to selling Key and letting Lissah and Parker fight it out for RB next season.

It was indeed i thought everybody was quality. Its a shame we made it a nervy last 5mins as we should have been out of site but a good win regardless.

    Thats the new one

    Galbraith

He did edit the tweet in all fairness since tbf saying that was his current contract.

Premier league interest is probably turning his head. It wouldn't make sense from his pov to restrict himself when he potentially has bigger clubs chasing after him in the summer.

He's played 45minutes? We need to win games of football in the mean time aswell. Even if they are a loan or not and they can positively affect the game we'd be silly not to consider them. We are up to 10th as it stands and that looks alot better (financialy and psychologically wise) then...

We've played some very nice stuff but we just are lacking that final 3rd quality. Would like to see Yalcoue on for Walta. Hopefully we dont fade away in the 2nd and keep it up.

Is it? Or is Stamenic just a very good player? If I said the drop off from Galbraith to Fulton was astronomical nobody would bat an eye lid.

Stamenic is quality. Im just baffled as to why he has to get subbed off or rotated for Fulton every single game. The fall off between the two is astronomical and its part of the reason why we lose control of games in the 2nd half.

    Table since Matos took over

If this season has taught us anything its just the harsh reality that we are so far away from the top clubs in this division. To only pick up 7 points out of a possible 48 against the current top 8 is simply laughable. To put into context Oxford have picked up 15 points from a possible 42...

I didn't agree with a majority of your points but this forum is becoming tedious for constantly shutting people down who simply say anything slightly negative about the club. There's a few people on here who just really need to grow up.

Yeh hes great would be a great pickup. Plymouth are usually a club which dont have a lot of selling power so a fee of 3-5mill would probably be enough.

Oh please dont do it Gorringe

So why did people hound Paul Watson out? None of us worked with him? People can see with their eyes how useless a dof is on matchday when we look at the lineups. We dont need to spend 8 hours a day 7 days a week with him to come to that conclusion.

I think every rumor we see from now untill the summer will be complete bs. But this is one I definitely wouldnt mind he would be a great Vip replacement.

    Zan Vipotnik

That's because Piroe had the same concerns on how he can transfer his game to a higher level which have since be proved right. 15mill would be the absolute maximum value we will get Vip and we would have done an unbelievable job to get that. Im expecting around the same 10-12mill mark.

    Bobby Wales

Yep as I said especially when its their first loan in senior football. They often never tend to go well. We need to take our time in the summer and find a club which is the right fit for him. Maybe a club with lower expectations would be better.
