Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr
All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.
Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.
It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.
The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.
This is very much a long shot, but if anyone can’t make it to the Wrexham away game for whatever reason, I’d be willing to pay face value for their tickets.👍
From what I understand through my past reading, Matriarchal societies are less aggressive and violent historically than Patriarchal societies, so you could well be onto something there.
I get how and why the Ryan Reynolds “superstar” monicker applies to him as he’s pretty much a household name across the globe.
However, I don’t believe that Rob McElhenney is, or ever has been, a household name on anywhere near the scale of Reynolds.
I don’t know, maybe it’s my ignorance, but...
This is a horrendous situation for all concerned whichever side you’re on.
I feel the most angst for the unarmed and innocent men women and children that are caught up in all of this.
Are we really living in the 21st Century, as it was supposed to be the century where we as the human race were...
So, is there any word on approximately how many tickets have been sold so far for this fixture?
I’m hoping to go, even though it’ll only be a slim chance of that happening.
It’s looking ever more likely as we get ever closer to running out of Championship runway to reach the top flight of football.
There are signs since Matos took over as manager, that next season could be more productive, and a rise up to the top end of the league table would be a much more...
The hoops that you have to jump through, to get the tickets, are many and varied and extremely frustrating to be fair.
I can’t see these going on general sale in all honesty, but I live in hope.🤞
The tickets for the Portsmouth away fixture on 10th March are already available, so I was thinking they can’t be too far away from putting them up for sale.
Thinking about it, how on Earth are our team supposed to play on the 10th March and then on the 13th without being at a disadvantage...
Now that the fixture date and time for the Wrexham game has now been determined, does anyone have any idea when the tickets for this game will now be going on sale?
It wasn’t very quiet after the match, as the police presence was ramped up over by Neath Road leading towards the city centre.
Lots of police vans and a few police cars sounding their sirens with their blue lights flashing, and plenty of them on the ground with their batons at the ready, ready...
Thanks for the information.
I’m still hoping that the thunderous roar of the crowd will still be a joy to hear, and judging by what you’ve said, it may just trump what was heard on that heady day against Liverpool.👍
Wow, what a turn up for the books!
Not only a sellout, but the biggest turnout at the stadium ever recorded.
I’m just thankful that I have my trusty season ticket which gives me access to the stadium and a seat with my name on it figuratively speaking.
I’ve missed some of the biggest...
Ivory tower comments from on high, rightly called out for being a low blow to those who don’t have a platform to argue against said comments.
My biggest fear is that Parliament will soon be colonised by his sort in the form of Nigel Farage and Reform.
My biggest hope is that the Great British...
I did notice in during my limited time watching the game that the referee seemed to be quite whistle happy when it came to decisions in favour of the opposition side.
I didn’t catch the second goal but I wouldn’t be in the least bit surprised to learn that it came from a set piece courtesy of a...
The nightmare 2nd goal for Rovers came true.
It’s an uphill struggle from here and, try as I might, I can’t muster the positivity to see us getting back in the game somehow, but somehow I’ll still be watching to the bitter end.
Not wanting to write us off, so does anyone have the lowdown on the majority of the 1st half that I wasn’t privy to?
Any lucky escapes from Rover’s point of view?
