    All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

    Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

    It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

    The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

    Yeah, a guy in my office did a show a year or three back. The programme makers helped him manufacture a "human angle" story, as without one he'd not have got the nod.

    The series "A Man on the Inside" on Netflix, starring Ted Danson as a retired professor who's life takes an unexpected turn. It's a sweet comedy drama; an easy watch. I like it.

    Emails from Netflix asking "What did you think of series <whatever>?". If it was shit I click the thumbs-down and it takes me into the episode guide where I can watch further episodes. That makes zero sense.

    I just watched a Netflix four part US police documentary on locating missing people. Just about every person featured who wasn't a police employee was utterly broken. Poverty, drugs, prostitution and killing was endemic. "Missing: Dead or Alive"

    Don't look now but despite a woeful first half in Los Angeles the Raiders are still within seven and have a first and goal. This is a season highlight.
