    Yeah my dog has ruined my house in his panic, kitchen door destroyed, worktops in kitchen chewed, scragged all my carpets. With firework night I can medicate him (only Xanax works) but for heavy rain, thunder, police sirens etc I’m knackered, especially when I’m not in the house.

    Same effect as when he hears fireworks, thunder, rain on the windows, emergency vehicle sirens… He can’t catch his breath, runs into every room, looking for somewhere to hide, and when he realises he can’t get away from it he tries digging through the floors, to get away from the noise.

    There is a recent report out there which was commissioned by the current Labour incumbents. Take a look at it. But agree there’s lots of work to be done on the subject. I’ve no doubt there’ll be a united ireland before Wales becomes independent. People need to throw of the shackles and be brave.
