    Be great to get a win here and be a way ahead of Belgium before they even play. Think Jordan James will come in, expect us to be a bit more defensive in midfield, Sheehan was fine there on his own against Kazakhstan since they were so defensive but won't be the same type of game tonight.

    The handball rule is fucking stupid. Giving a team a 90% chance of scoring when the ball was nowhere the goal is ridiculous.

    95%. Derby are averaging exactly 1 PPG so getting to 48/49 should be enough. We’ve still got Derby, Plymouth, Hull and Oxford to play at home. If we go down from here we’ll definitely deserve it.

    I don’t know if it was the West Brom nonsense or what, but something definitely went on. Before the Portsmouth game we’d been doing fine. 10 points from the last 5 games. We went from not losing by more than a single goal all season to getting thrashed by teams in the relegation zone every week.

    Can’t believe we’re actually looking at this one from the position we were in six weeks ago but here we are. A draw would suit us nicely and keep them both three wins behind us. The two wins (and draw at Luton) we had against them in December could be huge at the end of the season.

    The only thing we’ve got going for us at the moment is that Luton and Derby both look shite. Hopefully we can find a third from the other sides below us because let’s be honest we’re not winning many more.

    Haha you’re right of course. I mean the decade - last four wins at Stoke were 1961, 1981, 2001 and 2021.

    We only win at Stoke in years ending in a 1 that are divisible by 20 I'm afraid. We're not due another one until 2041.
