    SwansTV matchday coverage

why have ticket prices risen? the silly money that came into the game from Sky et al...driving up transfer fees I get the physical impairment bit...and yes there aere many who canno afford tickets butbits a vicous circle....they are many who watch at home via sticks or streama who dont fall...

Even better get diwn to the stadium and watch it properly......firesticks should only be for away games or fans in foreign parts

    Today's attendance

Our average attendance last season was 15499 todays attendence 15816 and not a huge away support but still decent yet we had over 200 more in attendence than we averaged last season...and as said earlier some folks away on hols ,playing cricket or maybe enjoying some family time on the beach.

    S25/26 | The Official Match Thread | Swansea City 1 Sheffield United 0 | Att: 15,816 | The EFL Championship | 3pm, 16.08.25 | The Swansea.com Stadium

The problem with watching on tv is that you domt get to see what players do iff the ball away from the focal action. Both Cullen and Eom did a lot of good things to cintribute to the game but I also admit they squandered a couple of chances. We have to trust the manager....I will be honest...

    Today's attendance

Great that isnt it.....thats because of the Sky generation

    Today's attendance

Middle of August many possibly away with family,I know several stalwarts who play cricket and so werent at the game as they were playing . The season used to start at thr end of August now its at the beginning. As has been said todays attendence was coose to last seasons average. Looking around...

But for some inept refeering we should /would have beaten them at home last season they should have gone in at half time 2 nil down and down to 10 men.....then we found ourselves down to 10 men..

    Sheehan Out? Calm Down!

This is why I have concerns despite the fact we started with 9 of the players Sheehan employed during that run which git him the job we looked clueless yesterday. As you say Burgess is a like for like for Darling...the difference is how wh have replaced O Brien but maybe Gilbrath needs some...

    Summer Transfer Window

He meant Rhys Williams......had played on the left hand side of defence for Liverpool in Champions League and Premier League but Martin in his wisdom played the naturally left footed Williams on the right side of central defenceand Cabango naturally right footed on the left hand side!! Seems...

    Summer Transfer Window

I think the injury situation has made it look worse. Maybe if we want to compete for promotion we need 3 other players but without the injuries to Cabango and Santos possibly 2 players should see us ok, a defender similar to Naughton who can cover across the back 4 and a striker. Given where we...

The Enigma of Ben Cabango: A Pre-Season Absence Shrouded in Mystery

This interview was the day before the Stevenage game....Cabango didnt play injured had a niggle yet no mention of that in the interview Sheehan avoids questions anout Cabango......make your own minds up

anyone else heard whispers of a transfer request?

    Summer Transfer Window

But we have an issue at CB, Cabango is likely to be out for several games and Santos is also injured Sheehan should have been looking at options seeing how we might start at Boro with no CB cover on the bench if Santos recvovers also it could save us a loan space.

    Summer Transfer Window

I agree but I cant understand why Sheehan decided to shoehorn Fulton in at CB rather than give Blair Mackenzie a run out in the pre season friendlies....a recognised tall CB with some senior exoerience albeit in the Scottish leagues. I remember an 18 year Dudley Lewis being a key figure in our...

    Should we be concerned?

What game was that? In the Vetch days the players rarely warmed up as they do know

    Should we be concerned?

Apart from quality of strength in depth a creative manager I beleive we should be concerned but not because of the results from the last two friendlies but our approach. At Cheltenham we threw yougnsters on all togehter surely a more balanced approach with a mix of "experienced" players...

    Should we be concerned?

He probably does but at the moment Cabango, Inoussa Eom arent availablle or Santos as a replacement

Im sure you have made that up

Season 25/26 | The Official Match Thread | Exeter City v Swansea City | Preseason Friendly | St James’ Park Exeter | 1pm (26.07.25)

I fear Sheehan may favour that approach which is why he always talks about having height in the team, his persistence with Vipoptnik..and ignorance of Bianchinni...yet today he started with Cullen...so what do I know
