The only thing that I can see has changed is the way youngsters / teens, communicate - via text and social media. Everyone else is the same as always. I guess if you make the effort to be polite and engage people, they will reply as has always been the case.

Yeah it’s a generational thing now I think, most of the apprentices in work don’t bother going out every weekend, most are into the gym now. Massive positive for the NHS in years to come.

The decline started with the smoking ban and nobody will convince me otherwise. Cost of living has accelerated it, and society is definitely changing its attitudes to alcohol / pub culture.
