Recovery times : Grade 1 strain : 1/2 weeks Grade 2 strain : 3/6 weeks Grade 3 strain : 3/4 months Grade 3 is a complete tear. From NZ it is thought a slight tear , so hopefully 2 weeks out. Probably out of contention for Hull , Forest and maybe Birmingham too. 🙁
