Oh yes, very much normal behaviour. Also the amount of people who now drive around at night with no lights on - I miss the old days when your dashboard only lit up when you turned on your lights. Most people have no idea they are doing it - then again that's not just Surrey.

Worse behaviour in supermarkets is when people pick up chilled or frozen items and then leave it on a non refrigerated shelf. Item then has to be thrown as you can't guarantee freshness anymore and results in higher prices

It's funny reading this as I've just come back from Spain and watched all of the games. Well known in the bar I was in that I was Welsh and the English supporters couldn't have been nicer.
