    Agree, but in the second half he showed he’s much better on the ball and has better distribution than cabango. Maybe he’s yet another centre mid rather than a centre back?

    We look so much worse in centre mid now. Fulton & Cooper are probably on twice what Abdulai is paid but he was doing both of their “jobs” first half. Really hope it finally sinks in to Williams that Fulton is a wasted space in the team

    Erm… Rafik Halliche 2014 Darnel Situ 2011 Cedric Avinel 2007 All signed for us and we effed up paperwork meaning they weren’t granted work permits and spent 2years with us without playing (and subsequently ruined their careers) We don’t have a great track record in this regard 😂🤦‍♂️

    Think we’ve already got it in Abdulai. I have a feeling this will be a breakout season for him. However a backup/competitor for him would Be good nonetheless (particularly as he has had a few injuries)

    He’s the obvious replacement to Fulton, dont know why Williams hasn’t given him the chance there yet. (Unless the injury has slowed his integration) A powerful, skilful, driving player is exactly what Grimes needs next to him.
