I haven't watched the video, but isn't the OP saying that Vip's top in the division for outperforming his XG?

This is one of the more annoying things about the state of discourse in the world today. The rise in someone posting/saying something, then when it's pointed out by a queue of people that what they've said is incorrect, they respond with some variation of 'you can't have an opinion anymore'...

Tymon's role was fascinating last night. When we were in possession, he was pushing up alongside Inoussa and Samuel-Smith was the left-back in a back 4. When they had the ball, Samuel-Smith would tuck in as essentially a third CH and Tymon became the left back in a 5 man defence. It meant he had...

Looks like our normal formation. My initial guess was that Samuels-Smith would be on the wing, but Tymon makes more sense.

I remember the tide really turning for Brendan at Liverpool when he brought in the reserves for a CL game away to Real Madrid. It both told his first choice players that he didn't think they were good enough to beat Real and meant they missed the chance to play at the Bernabau. It really didn't...

Clever bit of revenge from Colwill after that. Knew exactly what he was doing in holding on to Moore's arm and landing on it when they hit the deck.

That is such an annoying goal to concede when you've played so well. Oh well, never mind.

I have to say that Cardiff's dealing with the Wrexham press then and getting upfield was brilliant. Unsurprisingly (based on watching him for Wales) it fell apart once Kpakio had it.

Wilfried Bony: The £28m Boomerang Between SA1 and the Etihad

I see your point, but if you're signing someone to play striker, you take the player who plays best in that position and don't care about how he'd play anywhere else on the pitch. I doubt anyone's worried about how Vigs would play on the right wing for example.
