Maybe it is the weather but QPR look like a bunch of lumps who can barely move, if things were not bad enough

I think we will get an equalizer here and leave another game with even more questions than answers

I am hoping they think the win is wrapped up and will drop the tempo and give us a chance

Stamenic needs to be more positive. I saw some stats that said he was one of the worst midfielders in the league so far for passing forward. Not sure if he plays this role for his country or if it is not his strength.

Obviously I hope we come back into this but I can not see it and just want to fast forward to the weekend and forget about this before it gets toxic.

Feel awful for the kid. Overeager mistake. Bad news for today but I do not think we will miss him much if he is suspended.

On the one hand, we are 20 minutes in, wait till later before writing your obituarys. On the other, Smurph and his constant crusade against the anti-Sheehan posters is quickly becoming more annoying than the already annoying anti-Sheehan posters

Even with Yalcouye played as a 10, I do not think it makes him a 10. He seems more like an energy player who will play everywhere and get through loads of work rather than somebody who stays in that position and creates. Unless Eom plays there or Widel is the answer I do not think we have one...

I thought Zidane may miss out because of his knock but the side makes sense overall. Looking forward to seeing Idah. Vipotnik has not been the problem this season but eventually we needed to see Idah from the start and today was the perfect chance now he is fully fit and we have 3 games this...

Ten Games In, Too Soon to Judge: Why Sheehan’s Swansea Still Deserves Our Backing

"The Championship is unforgiving. It punishes inconsistency..." Sheehan's strength is his consistency. Southampton was an exception for the worse, but almost every game we have had this season has followed a similar pattern. We are organised, solid and do not concede lots of chances. It was...

From Modric to Mid Table: Is Sheehan Out of His Depth?

I think people would be more content with the current position if the performances had been different. Which is why it is way too early to be judging things on league position or how many points we are away from certain high or low positions. Other than Derby we are the worst attacking side in...

    Alan Sheehan.

I am leaning towards this too. We are overstocked in midfield and short on depth or quality elsewhere. Other than Idah starting it feels like the only tinker we can make.

no, I think Cullen would definitely play ahead of him initially. But with two games a week and however long this hypothetical injury would be, you need more than 1 or 2 options.

Idah only happened on deadline day and we only have two strikers. If one got injured or the Idah deal had fallen through and we had loaned Wales out, the club would have rightly got pelters. He is very young, maybe we get another no.9 in January and he goes to League One then.

    Alan Sheehan.

Almost every Championship signing comes with rave reviews if they are from abroad and there are no football league fans to give them negative reviews. I had never seen Yalcouye play before August. I know he played in the Champions League but that does not automatically make him a great...

    Alan Sheehan.

Are you sure about that? I think we have a lot of good players but not much attacking quality. Idah still a question mark and has not had a run but out wide and in midfield we are a bit one dimensional. Maybe a genius coach could turn Inoussa into a 15 goal a season winger but I do not see that...

    S25/26 | The Official MATCH Thread | Southampton 0 Swansea 0 | Att: 27,265 | 18th Oct | The EFL Championship | St Mary’s Stadium

I think the thing that would bring relegation worries quickest right now is the unknown if we got rid of Sheehan. Today was bad, but in every other game we are competitive and we look like a midtable side who will win some and lose some and draw some and survive comfortably. Unless we go on a...

I agree. I think we are a team who might not give their no.9 much service in a lot of games. He has made a lot of a little so far this season. It may be worth giving our expensive new no.9 a start to see if he can offer something different to the current mix.
