Entertainment after a hard week in work.

I'm just as worried about attendances as you are. There's very little atmosphere over the stadium these days. If we managed to get a few extra thousand over there on " Kids for a quid" how many do you think would return after seeing the product on display this season.

Entertainment after a hard week in work.

I'm not burying my head in the sand at all. I'm saying with so much football on tv these days and so many other choices available to youngsters today that attending football matches ( like i used to in late 60s early 70s) hasn't got the same appeal to them. Do you think if tickets had been...

Entertainment after a hard week in work.

Have had a lot to do with the public over the years through my job, heard countless stories of how much gets spent on a weekend in Swansea. One guy actually told me he spent £200 in a single night .

Entertainment after a hard week in work.

You wouldn't have seen my bald head today, had my hat on ( bloody freezing) . On a serious note, a lot of youngsters do have the money today, they think nothing of spending £100 plus on a night out in wind street on a Saturday night. They just choose not to spend it attending football matches...

Good 3 points today, 2 top quality strikes from Vipotnik ( and I've been one of his critics). Atmosphere in the stadium was turning up until his 2nd goal. Not a great match , played well for first 35 mins but no end product from Ronald and Eom, though he was unlucky with the one that hit the...

You can put a bet on that there will be a lot of pointing going on this afternoon.

Yes, but you could pretend you didn't want to play, and then get a Chinese and a few pints for your troubles. Win, Win .

He's also capable of popping up the other end with a goal from a set piece, or a 25yd rocket. Please no .

    Sheehan v Cravatt

Don't think O'Brien partner was keen on a permanent move here either, which was a big reason on his decision to not come here. If his partner had been keen he may have dropped his wage demands.

Not looking forward to the game at all, it's been depressing viewing over there so far this season, and you just know Josh Sargent is going to rekindle his goalscoring form. Another winless day at the stadium is my prediction.

The problem with Cullen is that if you take his goals out he's completely ineffective. He just doesn't create anything in the Dobbie or Paterson mould.

Of course you are correct in your post, just think fans are so desperate to turn results around that we are prepared to try anything different to what's happening now.

Think that is what is frustrating about Sheehan , as awful as things have been he's not trying anything different. Why not try Widell as a 10 , or Eom, or try 2 up top. Cullen isn't the answer as a 10 . He's just trying the same things week in week out and expecting different results.

    Sheehan On Borrowed Time?

There was a huge excitement about the club again, new owners, actually interested in the football side of the club , decent money spent on better players, and celebrities coming on board to raise the profile of the club. There was a wave of enthusiasm and optimism around the club. To say the...

    ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED ?

When the forum poll came out on here about Should Sheehan get the job full time , I voted no. Even when he was doing exceptionally well and people were changing their vote , i still stuck to my original vote and said no. I do absolutely understand that he did a fantastic job keeping us up, and...

Just don't think we are playing with a proper or effective 10, someone linking midfield with attack, a Dobbie or Paterson type. Cullen isn't the answer .

Think he has to try Widell as a 10 after his bright cameo last night, it may not be his usual position but what the bloody hell has Sheehan got to lose. It's desperate stuff at the moment and surely things can't get any worse. He could galvanise the place like Borini did , would have Stamenic...
