    I agree. There's so much noise about fist pumps, clapping, whether a manager sits down or stands up and what he wears. Send out a team that's organised, plays with heart and skill and all the above is irrelevant.

    That's probably true, but looking at the table, if he's a failure we're in huge trouble. A massive gamble under the circumstances. All managerial appointments are a gamble but this one is bigger than any since Bradley.
