Could it be that worth actually loaded the gun for the board to fire?

I think every manager in Sweden would love a crack at the championship. Their owners are trying to put a brave face on it but I think he’ll find it hard to resist.

And being Swedish he will know much more of Inoussa and Widdell and their strengths. Could be an excellent appointment

    SHEEHAN SACKED

Managers come cheaper than players. Except when you have to pay off crap ones six months into a 3 or whatever year contract. Get it right we fill the ground and make the play offs .

    SHEEHAN SACKED

Doesn’t opposing teams scoring late on point to a lack of fitness and concentration- what the management team should have got right as a minimum? We do look undercooked physically, that may be down to only a few getting a decent runs of games to achieve “match fitness “.

I agree the f*ck out of this

With all due respect I don’t think our Ben is anywhere near PL standard. Stamenic needs to rediscover his early promise but maybe he isn’t a true CDM and would prefer playing 8. Burgess has played up there and Yalcouye could but he’s been criminally underused

Maybe we should try and mix our game up a bit. Laudrups sides could murder sides down the middle. Like under the last 3 managers we were utterly predictable and very easy for opposing sides to figure out and shut down. The poorest XG in the division underlines that.

If Inoussa starts he gets replaced by Eom every single time. And our game usually goes downhill from then on. We are not playing the new players because Sheehan has some idiotic loyalty to players like Cullen and Eom. Play your best side has always been a managerial mantra.

    We want Sheehan out

And we also used to shoot and score a lot more, play some beautiful football and were a top end championship side. Your point is moot.

The difference a manager can make.

Maybe he was viewed as an expensive misfit

The difference a manager can make.

It’s ironic if so because our DOF left because “all parties need to pull in the right direction”. More infighting?

The difference a manager can make.

I’m definitely feeling that way. I was overly optimistic over a good transfer window , even putting on a cheeky bet. I felt as bad watching us yesterday as I had done under the worst of Martin and Williams. Listening to opposition fans taking the absolute piss. I love my club and this is no way...

    We want Sheehan out

If we ever took Russell Martin back as manager I’d burn my season ticket. And that’s a no from me in case anyone is in doubt.

Alan Sheehan on Ipswich | Reaction

100% agree. Without Vipotnik Sheehan would already be gone.

The difference a manager can make.

The fact that so many are talking so negatively about Sheehan and our performances surely must mean there’s something badly wrong? If we were winning ugly the purists might moan but if we were getting results there wouldn’t be a clamour to change the manager. We are simply dreadful at the...

    We want Sheehan out

For the love of God we supposedly upgraded an entire squad who were playing so well at the end of last season we were just shy of the playoffs! I don’t think it’s the recruitment either, it’s Sheehan losing his way or being overruled by O’Dea. With the upgrade on certain positions we expected...

    We want Sheehan out

Perhaps we have to read between the lines. The own goals were unlucky - it’s not as if he scored two worldie overhead kicks and fist pumped the Ipswich fans. The body language of the players is pretty poor and has been for quite some time. The only two games we’ve been up for were Forest and...

    We want Sheehan out

We were second best from the first whistle, they dominated us and should have been more than one goal up at the break. Franco’s demise under Sheehan has been as horrific as it is inexplicable. Nobody can possibly say that he isn’t a lot better than what we’ve seen of him this season. He was so...
