I’m not judging until we’ve seen a few games under him. Due diligence has obviously been done and enough was there to convince us to appoint him.

I think the kind of style Matos supposedly plays, high press and looking to attack is the right way to go. It’s a huge gamble though, bigger than Martin or Hellberg. If he comes in, we’ll have to be patient and back him as fans.
