You can often see him clapping along. Superb

    Ronald

I suspect we'd probably need to get his wages off the books to bring in an upgrade

I think we need a CB who is even remotely comfortable on the ball. I'd quite happily see us move Burgess on.

    Marks and spencer Swansea

When I read it I was surprised it was still there. I still go into town, albeit very rarely... but would very unlikely step foot in M+S. Shopping in person in city centres in the same way as everyone previously did is obviously dying out, never to return. And I don't even necessarily think...

You can't fault his work rate but his end product is absolutely dreadful.

A win tonight will really build up some momentum for us. At the same time, I'd like to see Millwall and Hull both go on a bad run to really open things up in the playoffs.

Someone will be along soon to commend the club for selling 20,000 towels

    The Preston Party Thread!

To be fair, I don't think I've ever criticised the new ownership group. Other than being very sceptical about the Matos appointment which to be fair, most people were.

    The Preston Party Thread!

Thank you. The funny thing is I wasn't criticising - I was just passing on what I have heard about tickets for the game and what several others on here have also confirmed - that they are giving away a fairly large number of free tickets for the game. I only bothered to mention it after...

    The Preston Party Thread!

I've spoken to at least half a dozen people from different kids football clubs across different age groups who have been given/offered free tickets for Tuesday night. Either they're lying or happen to be among the chosen few. Or more likely we are giving a load away. Which do you think is more...

    The Preston Party Thread!

I've told you already that they've given them to local football clubs who then distribute them amongst the kids and parents. Pretty standard practice. It's what they often do when the women play at the stadium. Can you show me how many tickets we've sold purely because Snoop Dogg is there??

    The Preston Party Thread!

It's not a conspiracy theory. The whole Snoop thing hinges on social media reach, presumably to bring in better sponsorship. Therefore him coming has to look good on social media. Tell me when the last time was the club gave away free tickets to the extent they have been for this game. And...

    The Preston Party Thread!

So you think we've filled the stadium because a famous bloke will be there too? If we are giving away tickets to all the local football clubs, all age groups, just how many do you think that is?

    The Preston Party Thread!

If you asked every fan who walked through the gates before our last two games to name 3 Snoop Dogg tracks, how many do you think would have been able to? My guess is that you'd be lucky to hit 500

    The Preston Party Thread!

It may have added a small amount to what would otherwise have been a poorly attended game but for it to sell out days in advance? Absolutely no way. They've obviously bought thousands of tickets internally, given them away and declared it a sell out.

    The Preston Party Thread!

If they're giving them out to all the kids local football teams then it's more than the players having a few tickets. Not that it makes any difference... It just means that people aren't turning up to watch Snoop Dogg. Football fans in Swansea are hardly his demographic

    The Preston Party Thread!

Presumably the thinking is that they'll be social media-ing the shit out of Snoop's visit and want to do so without the amount of empty seats in the background you'd usually associate with a mid table game against Preston on a Tuesday night in February. Which is fine by me.
