Cooper got the squad to play to its strengths qnd got us to the playoffs twice....many said he played the way he did because the players we had couldnt play tika tika.....it seems this is the case with many on here and the other site commenting on the fact the squad is weak and needs changing if we are to play the "attractive " style. I will still be here when we get better...and I hope we do as I fear for the clubs long term future if we continue to flail in the Championship or worse get relegated.

As apositive Martin was brave enough to change things before half time and hopefully he will give Piroe a start on Friday....Cooper had pelters last season for not picking Whittaker after his debut v Man City yet Martin can do no wrong ....I hate inconsitency....

This time last week everyone was gooey eyed over our performance and those who challenged the quality of the oppostion were shouted down well as it stands we might finish with 1 point from 9 !!!!

Piroe has been good today, taking positives from the game he has been good and so has Laird and Downes. We need to build around those three

Granted our resources are thread bare compared to other sides but having 64% possession and losing 3-1 is a stark reality check of where we are deficient and investment is desperately needed :roll:

He’s been here less than two weeks you ducking melon. They battered us today so no complaints. I really don’t get the grimes hype, I’d happily play Fulton alongside Downes and spend the money on a striker. Downes looks 10x the player of grimes already

I'm fed up of seeing his one-footedness, his multiple touches when one should be enough, his passing backwards, his awful corners, his awful free kicks, and his cowardice on the ball. Just take the money - however much it is. Although, on that performance no-one will be offering any. If he goes, he can take Dhanda with him.

Grimes was super poor tonight, he took too long on the ball and gifted them their 2nd
Lowe as well
At 2/3 down we looked a shambles
1 point from 9 looks bad but we're still just over 2 weeks since Martin came in and against 2 very good teams at home, reckon we'd have got something from Blackburn if they were Saturday or tonight
So Im going to continue to have faith that come October/November we'll have a good grasp of the new way of playing

Also my boy Piroe again showing that he should be starting, been saying it for a week now
