Apparently the defence is shit that's why he has to drop so deep![]()
Is it wrong for me to enjoy there pain?
That will be on his head stone. He's only doing what the managers tell him to...
Not at all. Coventry will likely go up in my opinion but for their fans have been an arrogant bunch for a good few years now.Is it wrong for me to enjoy there pain?I'm just waiting for all the Grime lovers on this forum now to come out.
Not at all, after having to endure his tedious sideways and backwards and dropping deep nonsense for years, this is all part of the recoveryIs it wrong for me to enjoy there pain?I'm just waiting for all the Grime lovers on this forum now to come out.
And it will be leaning backwards and to one side aswellThat will be on his head stone.

And this probably explains why Potter, Cooper and Martin never took him to the PremI don't think there's ever been another Swans player who frustrated me more than Grimes did.
He's clearly got the skills to be a top quality player. Some may disagree, but I genuinely believe that. However, he's such a negative shithouse on the pitch so often teams almost never see it. He has to be forced out of his comfort zone. Forbidden to hide between the centre backs and play little but safe passes as he so often does. If you let him play his natural game then he's more of a hindrance than a help.
I gave him the level of criticism that I did precisely because I thought he was underselling us for so long. I never could stand the people kissing his arse for providing 50% of what he was capable of game after game.
He's made a good living out of the game, but I hope he retires understanding that he could have done more than being just another bog standard Championship player.

Yes, and when Martin went to Southampton he started shouting the "what a great club they are", only to be embarrassed by the lack of interest in him. He single-handedly ruined our team and club. Massive coward. And this probably explains why Potter, Cooper and Martin never took him to the Prem![]()
