Maresca is a considerably better manager than the others listed IMO. He wasn't sacked by Chelsea because he was crap, he just said too much and those in power didn't like it. In 18 months at Chelsea, despite regular spells of inconsistency, they achieved a top 4 finish, his win percentage was about 60% and they won the Conference league and World Club Cup with very young sides. There are plenty of Prem sides who would be more than happy with that.
