Going to be tough, exciting ,worrying? and maybe a very tough old season for Swans and Matos.
some big clubs dropping from the Prem. and 3 Welsh clubs, all hoping to be the top Welsh club, and possible promotion to the money league.
Game on.

If we carry on playing the “ crude “ football we have this season we’ll be in trouble.
There is no way with our limited budget that we’ll be able to recruit the quality of player that is needed to play Lucozade football for ninety minutes.
Maybe we’ll still have a 20 plus goal striker with us and an incredible run of home victories to make us half competitive because that is exactly what has saved us this season

Another season of delusion from a lot of our fans. Champagne taste with lemonade pockets.

Hopefully another step in the right direction with some extra bodies brought in to strengthen the squad.

Looking forward to the derby, and hopefully a push for the top eight. I think we might miss out. Ultimately for a club of our size is to stay in the division

Would love some of our own youngsters breakthrough in to the first team and become regulars.

Main aim is to keep the same manager from August to May, that would be success for me.

Every season is a tough one but we certainly have a better foundation as a squad to build on.
I think we need to accept that one of if not both Vipotnik and Galbraith will go as we need a big sale to steady things financially.
If we can reinvest a per engage of fees from sales into replacements with a few extra players then we can certainly push on to a solid mid table finish with hopefully one eye on the play offs as the game whittle down.

Good foundation to build on from this season but again there has been mistakes made and learning from them is always something that we need to look to do.

Good post 👍

We should expect it to be tough as we're not one of the big fish in the Championship. It's always exciting, at least pre-season and up to the end of the transfer window is. What happens from there depends a lot on how we recruit. Nobody really stands still these days and the threat of being one of the bottom three is strongly linked to how we perform over the summer. Having them up the road back on the scene helps add some spice. Every once in a while a club will solve the jigsaw puzzle and throw a squad and coaching team together which can significantly punch above their weight; lets hope it's us.

Or plain just tedious, like the last 4 have been. Starts with promise but my mid October you can see that any hope of getting to the play offs are just a pipe dream, and the only thing left is making sure we avoid relegation. Personally I'm pissed off with seeing large away followings ( Coventry, Ipswich
Southampton ) celebrating down here as if they have won a cup final. Be nice to experience that ourselves again.
