43 years ago today, 3rd March 1978 Tosh leads the Swans out in his first match as player manager, and the beginning of our first rise up the leagues.

Swans 3 v 3 Watford.

Was talking about this to my son this week, 17,000 I think and a a pea souper!

Topic was Elton John mind, and both our clubs rise up.

I seem to recall that game a Watford free kick just outside the area. first time I seen a wall put in front of our wall. Their 4 or 5 guys in their wall broke their wall and ran in all different directions and I think they scored direct from the kick. It is 43 yrs though.
