8 pts off play offs with a game in hand

For those happy to smirk we wont make it, we are 50/1 shots to reach the playoffs.
Have a look at the odds of the National winner.

Unlikely...yes, just putting that out there.

If we win every game we'll get there

Nothing less will be enough

Definetly worth a cheeky bet.
Pay for a few sherberts ...

The biggest hurdles we would have to overcome are Forest away and Bournemouth at home. Forest right now have real momentum and Bournemouth have seemingly bought every good player they could google.

Two games that we should realistically expect 3 points from (Barnsley H, Reading A).
Two games that will be what I would call even odds (QPR H, Middlesbrough H)
Two very hard games (Forest A, Bournemouth H)

Not the worst of run ins.
Doable? Yes.
Likely? No.
In for the ride? Absolutely

QPR have lost their last 5 games straight

And have five more games to stop the rot before they come to our ground

We will sneak into the play offs, get to Wemberley and face Forest. We will get our first pelanty of the season to win it and smash Mr Cooper's dreams.

A little bit of love juice just came out of my winkie reading that.

Don't do it to yourselves. We always get to excited.

We're a midtable side, not a Top 6 side. We might win a few but then we draw and lose a few. Rinse repeat.

Like I said…

Just sing when you’re winning and have a large glass of positivity. Life must be so boring if you take such a dim view on proceeding. Scoring points on a faceless forum doesn’t count as success.

I’m a very optimistic and happy person. But when it comes to football, I’m a realist. We’re nowhere near good enough for the playoffs or promotion. The Premier League would eat us, chew us and spit us out.

Until we get new owners and a proper manager, we’ll float around Championship midtable obscurity.

5 games to go and 7 points behind with a game in hand over 6th place.
It is a much bigger ask than if we had won today but certainly still possible and I hope that the players will put their all into these last five games until that possibility is gone completely.

Loving the optimism, but need to give it up buddy. 3 points today and I'd have said game on. We have literally no wriggle room now, plus some of lads looked fckd today. We'll be 6/7 points come the end and all creating fck that we should have made it.

The fat lady may be clearing her throat but she ain't singing no songs yet.

It’s been a very decent season. I expected 60 points as par. To get the double, still an incredible achievement, never mind 7-0, and to probably get 65 points or more and maybe top half or top ten is above par. We never expected to have a diamond like Piroe and, Martin is right, Cabango has come on a lot, as has Manning.

It’ll be interesting to see if the Yankers sell all the silver at rock bottom prices (remember James to Leeds…Jesus), or realise that we need to strengthen from any sales to be in with a shout. Congreve looks a unit, and not at all overawed. Promising.
