Adam Worth is confirmed a leaving his role at Swansea City. We had been asked to not comment until an official announcement. Unfortunately the information was leaked this morning. We can also confirm that a new director of football has been approached for appointment already. Worth left after the Leicester game on the weekend. No major story other than he is interesting Premier League Clubs.

We need to appoint someone with experience as a DoF and not someone who has a previous connection with anybody at the club. Tom Gorringe can stay doing the commercial side of things. Worrying the amount of turnover we have off the pitch. These owners have the right intentions but they need to start making the right appointments.
