Zero balls bowled over the five days, each and every day a wash out.

Also not the first time this has happened, seven previous examples, two of which happened in 1998.

I can only assume this is the result of abnormal weather conditions. Nobody would plan a test match during rainy season, Shirley…

Absolutely incredible scenes... 😲

In an unusual move, the outfield of the Greater Noida Sports Complex Ground, scheduled to host the historic one-off Test between Afghanistan and New Zealand, was dug up to fix a wet patch after play was delayed on day two following a washout on day one.

I didn’t realise that the game was staged in Delhi. Having been there during the wet season I can confirm that the idea of this schedule is bonkers. Warm rain is still wet.

Plus playing the Aussies in all these limited over games here in September equally nuts. Not withstanding that Cardiff will be dry for tonight's game.

As for Eng v Oz, I don’t know why England persevere with Rhys Topley. He was only given one over in the first game and opened up tonight with his second ball ending up in the river, third ball smacked for four, fourth ball smacked for four and so far is 0-26 from two.

Agreed. The guy is ripe for a tuning.
