• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

For anyone who saw season 1 and 2, what about 3? Incredibly funny and moving. Ricky Gervais is a genius.
And for those of us who have suffered a loss of someone close, it's a tough but rewarding watch.
I dare anyone not to shed a tear right at the end.

Going to watch Season 1 at some point, when the missus has finished with Peaky bloody Blinders.

How would it go down if you said you were going in to another room to watch it?

Dunno what it is with women that they get the almighty hump if you in any way suggest watching something else in a different room to them and not what they want to see (though Blinders is excellent)?

I think we only have one sign in on our Netflix account, no problem, she'll binge it this week. 👍

the best tv i have ever watched. Incredible funny yet sad at the same time.

I dont think I could watch had I lsot someone (nevermind in the same circs). Ending very moving but not what was expected

Just finished season 3 and I thought it was superb. The ending for me was right up there with the final episode of "Blackadder Goes Forth". It's a pity Gervais is such a divisive character as I think a lot of people get put off watching this show because it's him. I urge folk to give this a go.
