• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Alan Sheehan on QPR | Press Conference

Didn't create enough to warrant it being called football.
Nothing will change tonight either. Maybe one or two fresh faces in the line up, but it will be the same set up, same approach, same tactics - as such they are.
He's slowly turning into Williams/Russ for me - just doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results

I think there’s enough in this press conference to suggest he recognises the issues we have at the moment. That’s a good thing. Hopefully we see a good performance tonight and against Norwich, a few goals and a couple of victories would make people forget about recent games. There has to be a point where things come together, hopefully it starts against QPR.

One problem we have is our wide players can't get behind the fullbacks enough. Inoussa looks the most likely but just back tracks at times. Eom can't and Ronald gives it a go, once he can't beat the LB he does the same.. major issue for me. We need to get Vip or Idah in the game a lot more from wide areas.

"We didn't create enough to win the game" (Southampton)

Congratulations, Alan, you've won this year's 'Feckin Understatement of the Year' award.

He can only talk about what happened, sounds like he recognises the same problems we are seeing.

We need a proper 10 to feed in our front players , and play it behind the full backs for our wingers. Dobbie or Paterson type .

We need to move the ball quicker but that's been the case under the last few managers, seems so bloody obvious 🤷‍♂️

Why don't we just hand the point we gained against Southampton back to the efl maybe some fans would be happy then
