A rare thing to hear is a manger who admits you cannot play the same all the time and have to be adaptable based on what is available and understands we can be a certain style but undertand what he has. Maybe it's the tree wins and tree clean sheets . But he is quickly convincing me with his tactics. I do think him bringing his own back staff has helped alot.
