• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

He was unprofessional as a player and appears to be unprofessional as a coach. In other news, grass is green. Hopefully he is replaced by somebody who can serve as a better role model for the younger players in the club.

It’s early days I know but two clean sheets...

Not surprising, we are a defensive side no matter what Coops may say. Bringing on an attacker for an attacker latter stages yesterday when we had three centre backs on the field. The attacking thing to do when he brought on Cullen was to leave Lowe on and take off a centre back. I'm afraid our manager preaches attacking football and practices the defensive.

Three centre halves and two fullbacks pushing forward is quite an attacking formation. I have to be honest and admit that I haven’t seen any football this season so I can’t comment on how we’re setting the 5 up.

Funnily enough he would given the chance...

Tried it on with my mates wife in the Adelphi a few years back, was told to back off, only for him to have another go when he went to the toilet...

Tatey the ledge then had to be saved from getting a hiding by his then "minder" Mr T .

True story 👍🏻

Exactly.
If Tatey wanted to knob my Mrs, I'd consider it an honor.

Funnily enough, he probably would given the chance...

He tried it on with my mates wife right in front of his eyes in the Adelphi a few years back.

Was told to back off, only to have another go when he went to the toilet...

Was only saved from a hiding by his "minder" Mr T 👍🏻

Well said. If he had been a player in another club he would be detested on here for the ignorant yob that he is. But he’s a Jack, and apparently a ‘Legend’ so all such niceties are irrelevant. You’ve gotta 😆

I tend not not to read/reply to your posts as I find you a tedious t wat who has no idea what it’s really like to be a real Swans fan.

Alan Tate was never the most gifted footballer but he always gave 110% to my football club, the type bloke I want to be in the trenches with.

I’m very happy we have someone so passionate still involved at the club.

Genuine question, how long have you watched the swans?
