• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

All hail the miracle worker

Sometimes you need to take your hat off to genius. Is it time to concede that Coops certainly knows what is doing in Championship football? Forest were appalling before he turned up. Now they know what's needed to get the three points. Now I don't know what the football's like up there with old Mike White, but he's turned things around without the likes of Andre Ayew, Mark Guehi and Connor Roberts. Hats off to the Old Barrel Maker?

Good to see. It is a long season, but making the play offs twice, with an average team, and playing good football, points towards something.

Well… we weren’t an average team - we had very good team and the football was bl00dy awful.

We started very well after long breaks as well but fell away as the seasons went on

He's got more cash and a better squad. I'm not surprised.

Give him time to implement his tactics and style. We played some nice stuff before he really got his feet under the table. When the pressure comes on he’ll shit the bed. Again.

But…yeah, he deserves a pat on the back and a manager of the month.

Although my manager of the month would be Mick McShit. LLLLL

Martin needs this to click tomorrow or it’s not a good look. Anyone bricking it yet? I can’t decide if I hate these things or love them

It's a low key build up Mony that's for sure!

But we have to remember we faaahkinn pipped them to the premier League after they tried for years to get there......plus we stayed for 7 seasons.....they got relegated on both visits.......they despise us despite many of them saying we aren't their main rivals anymore🙈🤣🤣

And we won a major trophy and played in Europe.

Cooper knows how to set up with what he's got. a start in the international set up will give you that. He did well for us. Might not have always been pretty but he did know how to make the most of his resources. In this game he'll clean up with those kind of skills.
