• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Dear Mr Coleman,
Take more water with it.
And have you thought how much of an arse you'll look when the two guys concerned finally get their marching orders?

If they haven’t already? As Phil states in article, no Winter programme notes today.

It’s such an odd statement to make.

Does he not realise it’s of their own making. There would always be questions on Winters role.
A simple brief of my initial days will be to fully understanding of the workings of the club.

As far as the tweet was concerned, done in a very unprofessional way.

If he believed it was warranted it should just have read as we have heard of the rumours etc and as a club, do not respond. What we will do is evaluate the club and announce in a correct manner.

To me this just regenerates the secrecy and lack of respect for the fans.

Stinks of the new man coming in and trying to stamp his authority, in a typical yank kind of way. All puffed out chest and noise. Or piss and wind if you like.

What is he going to say when / if, they do end up leaving?

Not a good start. Perhaps he was bevvied up watching sausage fingers receiving his now bonnet.

A bit of an own goal in pretty much his first significant action as Chairman,

Marsh and Winter's positions were always going to be speculated on considering our appalling recruitment in both the summer and winter transfer windows this season and a huge amount of misses compared to hits the season before too.
