Anyone had their owed ST money back yet?

Go to the ticketing section, click on my account, click on account management, then click on account cash back, it should then ask you for the bank account details that you wish the money to be paid into.

Just done that, says I will recieve £69.39 after fees have been deducted.

Mine the same.
Doesn't look like any deduction for fees. Account £69.39 in credit and that's being returned.

Although, I did chase around the page for a bit until it came up asking for the bank details

So basically everyone has been told they will receive funds but nobody has actually got the money in their bank accounts.

I await the blaming of someone else email as to why it hasn’t been transferred.

We have 2 refunds to come back. Had no forms, just checked the account, no money paid in.
I phoned ticket office but continual engaged signal. Rang main number, pressed number to speak to someone it rings and then goes dead. I have now emailed hopefully will get a reply.

Applied for refund last Saturday and got confirmation e-mail same day, said it would take five working days to hit my account.

Here we are five working days later, no money.

Surely five working days means the money should hit your bank on Monday. (Monday- Friday = 5 working days) next working day is Monday. Am I missing something here?

Mines going to Ty Hafod anyway shame the players didn’t take a pay cut for the last few months, I & im sure others wouldn’t of requested a refund if they had.

Yes. If you chose a refund instead of access to the live streams they said you’d have it at the end of the season. It seems from this thread though that the club isn’t in a rush to pay people back.

How did people watch the games? I forgot to do anything with my boys’ ST’s because they’re linked to mine and they don’t have a swans log in. They didn’t get anything, no lucky dip, no refund, nothing, so when I remembered I checked with the club and they said that they kept all money if nothing was chosen. C’est la vie.

Yes there were 3 options i think.

Get games streamed
Get refund
Or do nothing and lose your money.

There was also an option to stream the games and get club merchandise if you had more than 1 ticket.

Doing nothing was not a wise move.

I put in for the refund on the Wednesday so 8 working days so far.
