Operative word thinking. This is what we need to do, another change is just hoping for the best.

We need the next appointment to be right. So many clubs make this mistake of chopping and changing.

We were successful when we were strategic. The Swansea way thing wasn’t just a football philosophy it was a much more intelligent forensic understanding of what was required.

It helped that we had the right people to understand this stuff, but there’s no reason we can’t get that mindset back.

I think we’re okay from the point of view of survival. There is a debate on forward momentum. I’m just not a big believer in constant managerial change. Someone like Duff is different, completely out of his depth.
