• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Are the Swans going to make move for free agents?

Word over here is Pato is back to Swans as an early Xmas prezzie.

No Pato no party, up top. Leader of our frontline.

Dressing room leader and highly popular with players, staff and Execs.

Sorely missed on and off the pitch.
Seems he’s been demoted to the reserves in the MLS.

Pretty sure Paterson was not popular with the staff and execs!

Possobly causing havoc again?
It was bad over with us at one point.
Might be footballing reasons but it was Dean Smith who knows him well that peddled the signing.

He’s got to want to play for us as well, and fit with our wage structure, yeah?

It’s not a case of giving him a call and job done.
Yeah fair enough point, but it doesn’t sound like he’s had many options (in the media anyway)

They have to be looking at something soon and I'm not just talking about Cyprus Christie.
No clear cut chance fell to Vipotnik or Cullen yesterday. I was encouraged that we made 3 or 4 clear cut chances that we should have taken.

It’s a Jason Scotland that we need, not a Cyprus Christie.
