You're right about Chelsea. They're also a good example (like Man United have been for years) that just spending megabucks doesn't guarantee success.

I think Newcastle's owners are more sensible about it, like Man City's are.

it wont be close at all, city will run away with it now, Arsenal have completely blown it. I was looking forward to them winning it just to mix things up a bit.
