Surely it can be literally nothing else now other than a cleaning up, to maximise their earnings when it comes to a sale.

At the very least this must be disrupting Martin's contract talks / accounting for the lack of them.

Let alone transfer targets for the summer / next season (although it would be fucking nieve of me to assume we've learnt lessons and are being proactive on that front).
