• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

As someone who works in retail , and been in the front line of the social media following for a product .

Now realise the demand for The Prime drink , talk about PR and You Tube advertising , the stories I hear from the youngsters in the shop desperate to pay at any cost for this stuff is sad .

How can you advise then not to spend stupid money at dodgy corner shops so they post on Facebook .

Of course , there are people and companies only to glad to work on that market and benefit .

Is it any different to when the Teletubbies were all the rage? I remember queuing for them back when my daughters were little. And other toys were the same. Just different advertising means these days.

The tatts they are getting are minimal, which will be covered over easily. So, get one of these and get paid £250, then get it covered with something you want, and pay for it out of the AU money 8-)

No space for one, and i hate queuing either

I'd 100% have gone for this when younger when i had more room though.

I'm in that London and have just stumbled upon this understated vehicle advertising "AU Vodka". Presumably they've expanded beyond the confines of little old Swansea.

They're everywhere mate. Whenever I find myself somewhere they serve alcohol while travelling, I look for their bottles behind the bar or on the drinks menu. I think I see it more often than I don't, especially in the UK.

It's not my drink of choice, but well done to them. I appreciate they got the kind of start-up money not accessible to the average Joe, but they've still made a huge success of it.
