First one would have been a second yellow for sure for breaking up an attack
Second one would have been a penalty

VAR didn't even check the second one

In fairness the first one VAR had no remit to look at it under UEFA guidelines
The second one for sure though especially considering the penalty in the first leg against Bayern should have been given

It’s just been explained that it’s not a penalty if a teammate hits the ball onto your arm unexpectedly even if your arm is away from your body. Not a rule that many people know. I certainly didn’t.
