• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Listen out for Ann the Cardiff fan from Caerphilly who really wasn’t impressed with our style of play.
For those who cant listen to it all, skip to 64 mins in and to one of Cantons finest. Be prepared to listen to bitterness at its finest. Funny as fck.

He was a right pr*ck. complaining about the swim away celebration, it has no place in football etc etc yet he doesn’t mention their fans singing songs about Terry Cole, or singing gas a Jack. It’s Tuesday morning and I’m still absolutely buzzing, and about to watch the full game for the 3rd time 🤣

Why would they mention it on the Monday?

They usually do. Well, if Cardiff win and Swansea lose. Nothing about Wrexham getting to Wembley either. It was a pretty momentous weekend as regards those two results but nothing. Several minutes about the women's rugby though. The wrong people are in charge at BBC Wales. It's supposed to be unbiased.

Our game tonight was mentioned at 9.00 news this morning (BBC WALES) and Saturday’s game was also mentioned.
They must have been reading our forum. 😉
