• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Thought he was poor in possession with the ball, gave it away numerous times especially in the first half. Not a ball playing centre half for me.

He was very bad last night but everyone can have a bad game now and again, he’s been brilliant for us.

Shocking last night but it's not the first time this season - Burnley was the last time and that's only a few weeks ago. He also picked up a yellow so he had to be careful second half. Looks really uncomfortable with the ball at his feet. For me, we need to look at replacing him long term.

He isn't anywhere near as rated elsewhere as what some of us think here.
I think he needs careful mentoring

I think thers a chance we could run into France in the last 16 ( I may stand corrected)
Our Ben up against Mbappe. You can draw your own conclusions.

Ben had an absolute shocker last night. He’s come on leaps and bounds in possession of the ball but yesterday he was back to square one. Hopefully just a bad day at the office but he’s not doing his World Cup chances much good.

Great defender, crap footballer, although in fairness he has improved.

There's no way Ben's playing at the World Cup unless we have loads of injuries.

Except he's not a great defender. Go and watch the highlights of Burnley and Middlesborough if you need examples.

He is playing in the wrong centre half position. He will always get done for pace but in the right formation he is a much better defender.
