• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Said it last season. The amount of teams targeting him when ball at his feet is clear to see our best performances last season was when he was out

We are awful at the back, bullied.

Young Cooper had one aswell unfortunately

Not to make excuses but that back three has a left back, a centre half who has just come back from injury and Bennett who again recovered from injury and covid.

Bennett is fine for this division but we need fitness and some real coaching

Bennett's ailments must include colour blindness as well

Bennett also helped Leicester get to European qualification just over a year ago and was filling in for Soyuncu etc but apparently he's not good enough to get in ahead of Cabango or Mannin
Have a day off

He is good enough. Needs Cooper alongside. Both are unfit. We can't keep putting square pegs in round holes. Hopefully we can shave off the corners in training. MKDons had a 3 goals conceded per game look but apparently they were still learning the system and results improved.

His injury and subsequent decline last season coincided with our own defensive decline. He no longer looks the same player which is unfortunate because he was clearly a great player. He has been injured so the situation may improve. I am not hopeful though.
