Lol....really? 3 story town house in pontcanna will cost you a small fortune, probably in excess of 750k? Nice area to live though, castle grounds one side, nice pubs, shops , cafes, Robin Hood, conway, the cricketers arms, pipes which is a nice place to hang out in the summer. Stones throw to Canton which despite what saint says as he’s only ever run through, is also filling up with nice eateries like dusty knuckle, brod, calabrisella, heaneys to name a few.....
