• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Best manager in the league

He’s as good as anyone Joe has worked with anyway.

Well when Klopp gets the sack he's a shoe-in at Anfield then
Utter, utter bolloxs...

One thing I deeply detest about Russell is how every time he is confronted by an uncomfortable truth, like the one about the defence he smirks and chuckles like it's some fucking joke.

Yeah that's on par with Grimes stating that Russell is the best manager in the league and they play some of the best football in all the divisions.

It's like telling someone you're a millionaire but you can't afford a tin of beans.

The truth will out on the pitch. Eventually the PR meets reality and the cover is blown, gradually, then suddenly.

Then all the players will be writing that 'the new bloke (insert name) is as good as anyone I've worked with'. They want to play and get appearance bonuses. Does anyone really think they would ever tell the truth? Even if he's punted, he might get a another gig that they'd want in on, and they want to have not burned bridges.
