I thought Eustace had invested well and had his side playing well.
Rooney is a completely opposite style of manager though and I can see this backfiring spectacularly.

Having seen the Football League Highlights show, I have to say the ref in the Soton/Brum match made an appalling decision to deny the Blues a penalty. It was stonewall.
It was a day of atrocious decisions, with Plymouth also being denied a stonewaller. Not to mention Lowe's second offside goal which was onside.

Haha, going as loads expected.

11th October Birmingham sack Eustace in what looked like a moment of madness with Birmingham in 6th place:

6th - Birmingham City - p.11 w.5 d.3 l.3 for.15 ag.11 - Points 18

Current standing 1st Jan

20th - Birmingham City - p.26 w.7 d.7 l.12 for.30 ag.41 - Points 28

So Rooney's record p.15 w.2 d.4 l.9 for.15 ag.30 - Points 10.

Can't laugh too loud though as we are also inflicted with know nothing American owners. Just lucky they didn't bring Rooney here.

Time to edit the thread...
