Why the fuk would he want to meet you

After his appearance on Radio Wales, I want to meet him in person before he disappears into the Australian jungle in December with Ant and Dec. (Plus he’s helped me with tickets and seems a nice bloke )

Seems?

Well, if you really want to meet him, the only advice I can give you is to watch your tuppence.

Although Ant and Dec did refuse the invitation to meet him, on my advice

I'll be booking my ticket tomorrow and making a weekend of it. Any recommendations on where to stay?
Have you decided on where to stay Glyn?
How many of you going? Luxury or budget? Lively or quiet?
I use a quiet hotel as we are (now sadly lol) 60 somethings in Gynn Square. Budget with a great breakfast. Stayed there so often I consider the landlord a mate. Its a 15 min walk to the centre and about 30 to the match. Plenty of trams though.
Happy to pm a tel number if you are still stuck for choice. :)

yeah, as far away as you can Blackpool's a s**t hole
LOL. It always amazes me how may people hate Blackpool when they live there. It is Marmite for sure.
I love the place. Always have. The sunsets, North Pier, the tower, the ballroom, the Winter Gardens. Even Ma Kelly's and its madness with all the other boozers I frequent.
Sure if you centre in on places like Bond Street then a shithole would be a very apt description. Lots of multi million pound initiatives underway though so I think the future looks bright. :)

Depends what you mean by 'rough'. Always found it a safe and friendly place. Even when the 'Young Farmers' are in town. You just step over the pissed bodies lying on the pavements. They do no harm.
Not selling it well am I? lol.
There are good family spots and places where you can get bladdered. :D

That is rough. I must have been lucky lol.

The Jack Army will be moving en masse this weekend to head to the North West coastline and a weekend in Blackpool as the Swans look to put behind them the miserable 5-1 home defeat to Fulham on Tuesday night. Long before the team had taken to the pitch on Tuesday, the Swans sales for […]

Amazing support considering. Just surprised that some people who have actually been to Blackpool would actually go back. A real sh@thole. Went there when we played Preston back in the day, never again.

Went in 1981 with my then girlfriend, again after we got married a few years later.
Only wish she could come with me now.
