• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

I think the small glimpse we saw last night Yalcouye works well in our closing down and will be an asset for us if he stays for the season under Matos.

Would also like to see Parker given a chance over Key, but won't happen.

Lastly Bobby Wales, maybe we will see what he brings in the FA Cup. As Idah still underwhelming. Anyone else getting a Jerry Yates vibe about him? And not the good one 😜. Last night I wanted Idah to show more. And should of put his stamp on the game. I'm not writing him off yet though. But based on Matos comments about players closing down, then I can't see Idah having much look in.

Noticed Wales in the training pictures the other day, hopefully he can impress enough to get on the bench but feel he’ll be out on loan in January.

This is one of the most difficult areas for the manager. Many supporters want to see a consistent team selection, basically our best eleven as often as possible. Many also want squad players to get as much game time as possible to get up to speed so that we can see what they have to offer given a run in the team.
Difficult juggling act.

He's defo apart of the squad as he was sat with the team on Saturday against Oxford. Let's hope he gets his opportunity.
