• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Another win last night against a fighter whose style is all wrong for him. Wasn’t the most entertaining but he got it done.

Doing the city of Swansea and Wales proud. Lovely fella too.

Brett's training partner Jack Shore also won, so two good wins for Welsh boys. Brett is from the Bont of course, so mega chuffed with another good win, though it's not a sport I follow avidly I have to admit.

Jack Shore from Abertillery just up the road from me. They reckon he’s the real deal and he’s looking the part so far, tougher tests to come for him though.

That fight will have severely damaged his reputation amongst viewers with no affiliation to him.

Just 10 significant strikes over 15 minutes. At least he acknowledged this in his post fight interview.

Probably right unfortunately but he’s been in 3 fights of the night out of the last 4 I believe so it’s not all gloom.

He found a way of getting the win against an opponent who will fly up the rankings in future imo.
