Care to elaborate on this claim?
From what I've researched online briefly; Cardiff u23 have managed to claim a single 2-1 win over a ten man u23 Swans team (Swans won the return fixture 5-1) this season which is the only time they have played competitively since 2016 because the Swans were playing in PL2 and Cardiff were not.
