Despite the same things being pointed out every year to Darran and his ilk, they’ll still repeat the same nonsense next year. They’re so desperate for it to be they can’t see the wood for the trees. It’s actually extremely sad for them.

You should have taken into account that I don’t give a shit about Darren’s post, or whatever. The Gesture egg thing is ridiculous and I commented that in isolation.

No one has mentioned Muslims apart from you.

FWIW most will be able to comprehend what you wrote. No racial undertone, no mention of any religion, just reference to what was an unnecessary need to break the link between Easter and chocolate eggs. The retailer agreed with you as well as the gesture egg sign was quickly scrapped.
